Boom Restaurant is the poolside dining venue at the Admiral's Inn & Gunpowder Suites, perched on the Gunpowder headland opposite Nelson's Dockyard in English Harbour. Guests eat and drink alongside an infinity-edged pool with open views across the harbour, choosing from a Mediterranean-inspired menu of seafood and grilled dishes. The Admiral's Inn property itself dates to 1788, when its main Georgian building was constructed as the Pitch and Tar House for the British fleet.

Boom Restaurant is currently closed for annual refurbishment, with reopening scheduled for Oct 10, 2026. Once reopened, non-hotel guests can dine without a day pass; pool and lounger access is arranged through the property's day-pass system, which runs roughly US$75 to US$115 per person plus service depending on the season, covering pool and terrace use alongside the food and drink menu; peak-period day passes require reservations.
